On September 23rd & 24, 2020, the Grenada Employers' Federation in collaboration with Cornerstone Consulting and solutions hosted a Conflict Resolution and Management training for Business Executives at the Grenada National Stadium.
The objectives of the workshop were as follows:

To define conflict and examine its nature

To highlight both the positives and negatives that can result from conflicts

To allow participants to identify their own conflict style
-
To present strategies that will help in the effective management of conflict
-
To introduce participants to some essential skills for effective conflict management.
Twenty- two (22) participants attended the two-day workshop which saw representation from varying industries, such as, the Financial, Hospitality, General Commercial & Other services.
Lastly, Certificates of participation were distributed to attendees by Mr. Devon La Touche (GEF President).
