The Grenada Employers’ Federation hosted a virtual workshop titled “Bridging the Gap: Managing a Multigenerational Workforce” on 30th July 2024 via Zoom. The session was facilitated by Dr. Jamiilah Anane of HR Global Vision and focused on helping employers better understand and manage a diverse workforce made up of different generations.
