The Grenada Employers' Federation hosted a two day workshop on Performance Management and it's Impact on Productivity on March 11th & 12th, 2015.
This workshop was Facilitated by Facilitator Dawn De Coteau of EMA Solutions Management Consultancy.
During this two day interactive workshop the participants examined in detail the personal skills managers, supervisors and team leaders need to be effective in performance management, and more specifically in setting goals and measuring objectives.
From the reviews the sessions were informative, interactive and well -delivered.
