Our Federation represents the consolidated voice of the employers’ in matters of industrial relations. Henceforth, we are desirous of cultivating an “effective advocacy machinery” to advance the interest of our benefactors. The year 2014 presented a plethora of opportunities for this organisation to liaise with stakeholders locally, regionally and internationally on labour related matters.
The Grenada Employers’ Federation is committed to achieving its mandate and is currently seeking innovative avenues to interact with and strengthen the employer- community relations.
For 2015, we are seeking to reposition the GEF to increase its capacity, membership, membership involvement and to undertake collaborative ventures with new and existing partners. The GEF endeavours also to deliver exceptional services to our membership through workshops, informative sessions, research activities and consultations. We are diligently working to improve the image and leverage of your Federation which will inherently improve the current industrial climate of our nation.
The Federation is looking forward to your support as it continues to foster development of good governance, protect and advocate the employers’ interest.
