The Secretariat is managed by an Executive Director who is supported by a Research Officer and Administrative Assistant. The GEF Secretariat has over the years assisted in transforming the Grenada Labour market and continues to vigorously lobby for labour market reform, especially in the face of globalization.

The Secretariat currently makes its services available to interest in a variety of sectors such as commerce, construction, manufacturing, hospitality and tourism, telecommunications, wholesale & retail, finance, security etc. Lastly, we subscribe to the promotion of a sound labour and industrial relations system through tripartism, social dialogue, decent work, and occupational safety and health based on International Labour Standards.
