The Grenada Employers’ Federation (GEF) successfully hosted an AI for Executives Masterclass on Thursday, 11th September 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (AST). The four-hour virtual session, held via Zoom, provided business leaders with valuable insights into the strategic role of artificial intelligence in today’s rapidly evolving digital economy.
The masterclass was facilitated by Mr. Leslie Lee Fook, Director of AI, Analytics and Automation at Incus Services Limited, who shared his expertise on how organizations can effectively harness AI to enhance decision-making, innovation, and overall business performance.
During the session, participants explored the fundamentals of artificial intelligence and gained a clearer understanding of its transformative potential within the business environment. The workshop also highlighted both the opportunities and risks associated with AI adoption, allowing attendees to better appreciate the importance of strategic planning when integrating new technologies.
Through real-world examples, participants were able to see how AI is currently transforming industries and reshaping business operations globally. The facilitator also guided attendees through practical and actionable steps to help organizations begin their AI journey and leverage technology to remain competitive.
