Industrial Relations

The secretariat's approach to industrial relation is to preserve industrial peace and to secure industrial cooperation among our membership through collective bargaining. Our main objective is to foster a healthy relationship between the two partners in the industry (Management and the Labour).

The services include but are not limited to:

Representation at appeal meetings at the level of the Ministry of Labour
Representation at meetings with Labour Unions (Private and Public)
Involvement in Collective Agreements.
Advisory services on existing and emerging industrial relations issues
Education and sensitization of Management and staff on Industrial relations issues
