Contract Law
A number of our members have relationships involving some type of contractual commitment or obligation. Managing your contracts and business relationships is very important. We assist in the understanding and development of contracts. It is advisable (where possible) to make sure your business arrangements are in writing, to avoid problems when trying to prove a contract existed.
For a contract to be legally binding it must contain four essential elements:
